Eddy, most fish stories are exactly as the fabulous Mrs. E describes soccer player has already started with his stories (he he). He apparently keeps a monster in his boxers! LOL

My dad tells me that the reason there are so few female carpenters is that they've spent their lives hearing this (hold hands 3-4 inches apart USING a ruler!) is really 8 inches.

LOL what a hoot, 27 Fish! You're dad is quite right about the measurement thing. I myself have twelve inches but I don't use it a a rule!! Mrs E has just given a huge sigh (sounds like a leaky old boiler) and raised her eyes towards heaven..muttering "if only". I can't think what she means.

OOOOOOOH 27 Fish, you shouldn't say things like " the fabulous Mrs E" or " you are a lucky man". She's positively bloody beaming now! She's now dancing round the room ( flamenco style) saying " told you so" and " see, even someone I've never met say's you're lucky( to have me)" and worst of all " that calls for a celebration"......there'll be bottles everywhere now.... and worst of all Elvis belting out from the gramaphone.......the dog has taken reguge in the broom cupboard....and I'm going off to the garden shed for a few hours.....days......weeks.....(hangs head) ...mutter

27 Fish; Do you remember the original series of the Adams family? Lurch used to make a low grumbling rumbling noise underneath his breath, to indicate that he couldn't quite believe what was being said..kindofa ...grrrrrmmmmmmmmmmmm (noise)....I'm doing that at the moment!
