If it's just for Grandchester Meadow then More is enough. Water's songs on more are all far better than GM.

More is indeed a very good album, but i really do love GM.

Yes More is a goodie, but OBC is better. SoS is also a goodie, but steer clear away from Ummagumma.

Ummagumma is not that bad...it's not good...
I have a question...on the original Grantchester Meadows my copy has harmony and organ by Gilmour, the question, where did that cut go?

Ah, you're probably listening to a live version. The studio version is just Waters alone, as all of the Ummagumma studio album is divided into four parts performed by each of the band members solo.
