Talking The Best Of 2002

What was the best thing that happened to you this year, it could be more than one...
...What one might expect is an answer about family or some sappy story like that, but for me, honestly, it was the RUSH and YES concerts!

...Guess I have a pretty boring life

The best thing that happened to me in 2002:

I went to England for the first time.

I saw David Gilmour in concert three times while I was there.

I got to go to Abbey Road and Battersea Power Station (well, I looked at them, anyway...), among other notable Fan Sites.

I got loads of inspiration for my writing.

I began two new novels, which look very promising.

The magic 8 Ball told me I WILL self-publish this year and make some money off of it. (Don't laugh - the magic 8 Ball is almost always correct with me... lol)

I made some truly good friends here in a new state and a new town.

All in all, a generally "up" year.

Cheers!

I did a production called Brave where I met lots of cool people and learnt a lot of new things. It's given me a new boost with my acting

cheers

i spilled soda all over my keyboard on New Years and it totally ruined my year. I have to cut and paste certain letters like a kidnapper, which is quite painful, even in writing this message.

That sucks, Ikky.

Anyway, I spent my New Years watching MTV. I'm a dork and a half.

The greatest thing I did this year was write an album's worth of songs and record them all (in various shades of bad sound quality).

I'm still at work.

Ha, I think I get it.

Yeah, I watched MTV too, at someone else's house...whether that is commendable or not...but, hey, so was everyone else. Avril Lavigne played live, and boy did everyone rag on her and she does kind of suck live, but her looks make up for it, for me anyway. Yes, MTV on New Years...let's all get drunk and be on t.v. Brilliant!

Dunno, lots of things happened.

I think on a whole I grew / progressed a lot more than I have in the previous couple of years.

As far as an individual highlight than 2002 will be remembered by:

Seeing Roger in concert.
