is the vhs tape still available? i bought the dvd and all i really watch the the concert footage. if the vhs version is better i'd like to have a copy.

I read that according to Adrian Maben, the master tapes for the Pompeii songs still exist. Anyone know why there wasn't a 5.1 mix or even a better sounding stereo mix?

I bought the dvd yesterday and was really impressed by the sound quality in comparison to the vhs. Unfortunately the director's cut is a steaming pile of faeces (or at least Echoes part one is as once I saw and heard that train I decided to play the original concert) and should be subtitled (the) Director's Cut. Feel free to change the last word as you see fit...!
