Right... sorry.

I keep forgetting that new Floyd releases aren't on Columbia anymore.

All hail Mad Yannis.

BTW, where do you live in Italy? I'm going to Florence for a Study Abroad program at the University that I will be attending.

Good for you, mate! I live in Padova (near Venice) and I can assure that you are going to live in the most beautiful city in Italy (IMO of course) and one of the finest places in the world, Florence. I am sure you are going to have a good time there!!!

But of course, he being the greatest author, IMO. It's the last words of the Purgatorio. Dante was a major influence on me deciding to attend the semester in Florence. You read much of his stuff?

No, actually, no. We study Dante at school of course and I've read La Divina Commedia but his stuff is not an easy reading you know.

Yes, tis true. I wish I could speak and understand Italian, but what are you going to do? We read the Inferno in English class, and I liked it so much that I read the rest of the comedy....good stuff. So it is agreed....if you like Pink Floyd, you like Dante and hate Nirvana.

hate is such a negative emotion you should try "dislike" , far less negative

Well, in Nirvana's case, there is an exception to use the word HATE. For future reference, you should try using apostrophes somethimes rather than using commas.

i like Nirvana, but Pink Floyd I've gotten much more into for whatever reason. Meaning, I haven't heard as much Nirvana material as I have Pink Floyd. and I've never read Dante, but the concept sounds interesting.

i'd bet any day that Rick Nick and Dave could stomp mudholes in the ass's of the remaining Nirvana members. they'd have to call in Roger to even things up a bit, driven on his firey anger against the Pink Floyd.

but my question....when did this even become a contest/battle? everyone knows that Nirvana will not stand the test of time anywhere near as long as Pink Floyd.

IMO and no offense to the fans, its like about half of the people who like Nirvana, didnt even know who they were before the death of Kurt Cobain. but thats just how i see it...

Not yet, sometime in May is the current word.

Cobain was martyred so Nirvana'll be hangin' around for a long time I'm afraid...
