Suggestion
Ok well here goes.
Seeing as there has been slight disagreement on the recent locking of the WW3 thread I have decided to amek a suggestion.
I go to a Harry potter board soemtimes that's pretty large. They have a huge list of Forums one of which is called nockturn alley. The idea behind that forum is that anyone 15 yrs old or above may post in it. It addresses issues such as religion, politics, social and politcal rights etc etc
There have been many a great RATIONAL and lively debates on all sorts of things. The idea is that anyone can say what they're thinking as long as they do not insult other people on the forum
so none of that "You ****ing idiot I can't belvie that a normal person would even think that" more alnog the lines of, "well in my opinion that's wrong becasue of this this and that"
I love the people on this board (it is the onyl one I regulary visit) and I'd like to discuss these sorts of things with you guys. There would ofcourse have to be rule set, bt I really think that we could make this work. I mena if Harry Potter fans can why can't we?

Well, seriously, I do agree Sydney, if we would do it very orderly it could work (i'll stay away from that type of thread )

actaully I dunno, how you inforce it, that I'm not sure of, but seeing as most people here are over that age I don't think that's the important bit, maybe if we jsut ban YSB from that part of the board

I think it's a terrific idea! I like those kinds of "controversial" discussions because I love giving and receiving opinions. I think we could get a lot out of it.
