Technically, I'm not the kitten-killer, God is. And masturbation has, in my experience, not done much for insomnia. Then again, I do drink a lot of soda.

Try any way you want to get to sleep, but be careful if you masturbate while drinking coffee. Especially if the coffee is hot. It could be painful.
