| I liked the one where they all went camping. That show was so damn funny. |

| It certainly was. I wish they were playing the reruns! I think it would still be a hit, like "Seinfeld." |

| Okay, the show is funny, I'll give you that. But not so damn funny that a quote or exerpt from an episode needs to be interjected into every possible conversation. I'm sorry, this is just pent up agression from years of toleration. |

| One thing I'm refusing to do anymore is accept something because everyone else does. I figure it's a stroke of brilliance. Brilliant men are misunderstood in their times. So, if everybody else likes something, and I think it sucks, I'm going to maintain that attitude, and be vocal about it, if engaged. Spongebob Squarepants, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, The Simpsons...Nothing is sacred. Trouble is, that it seems like most of the things a lot of people enjoy I think suck, and I fear it may be just for the reason that everyone else likes it. Ah, teenage rebelliousness. | I think Homer is second on that list Byron, but Al Bundy was just so damn funny. |

![]() The Simpons were always (and still are) my coolest dysfunctional TV family. Perhaps that's because I haven't seen South Park or this other show that was mentioned... |

| Going back to the original question, I'd like to see a section for new members (not exclusively). Now before you shoot me down, let me try ( in my cack handed way) to explain what I mean. I came onto APFFN primarily to discuss my love of all things Floyd. Whilst I've been here it's seems to have been anything but ( more or less). However I would say that I've had had a lot of fun regardless. I love the site and the folks are great. The point I'm trying to make is if there was a section for new members ( people who had only posted say under 100) We could quite happily discuss and answer questions that have been 'done to death' etc (older members could chime in with words of wisdom if they felt like it). Most of the run of the mill questions have already been answered in other threads (ie What's your favourite song etc) and you can find the answers by hitting the search button. Which is fine for all the people who have been around the site for a long time. They've had the fun of partcipating whilst the new members have not. Does that make any sense? That way the new members can form relationships and kinda 'grow' together. Ok...now tell me to shut up |
