 We need less forums. Is it really necessary to have 6 different forums for Pink Floyd discussion, and 4 different ones for solo project discussions? It actually makes me browse these boards far less than i would if there were just 4 different forums alltogether, because it's far too much of a pain in the ass to check all 18 forums here for new and interesting posts. It's a pity because there are interesting topics here, but they are so spread out amoungst this great big mess of forums that i just can't be bothered usually. So i only check the "Recent topics" feature on the main page of APPFN, if even that. All we really need is this - Technical discussion (problems and questions with the site/forums) - Pink Floyd discussion (talk about the band and its members) - General discussion (talk about whatever you want) - Creative discussion (talk about music/poetry/art and all that stuff) Just imagine how much better this would be for out community here, there would no longer be about 10 forums which get about 1 post per day which gets ignored anyway. The 4 forums will bebustling with life and happiness! Dazed&Confused.  |
