My friend went back to his car to his car to get some wire cutters because he wanted the radio-antenna as well ("Well, that shit looks cool dude!") but by the time of return the patrol car had already departed...

Ahh. I thought it was a sign over the Police station entrance which you snapped as you were being perp-walked into the station to be booked for drunken & rowdy behavior.

Due to the Patriot Act, they should be knocking on your door any time soon.

Yeah, and then the taxpayers all had to chip in for another one -- turns out that the downtown children's hospital had to be closed down. All because someone thought it'd be cool to steal a police sign.

I work on weekends at Children's Hospital downtown

I don't get it.

1. I also drink and smoke. I am also a healthcare worker.
2. When that incident happened, we wern't exactly in our senses. Now that we have the plate, we figure well, why toss it?

It's not like we knowcked over some people and tossed a few petrol bombs on abandoned buildings or something...
