You're right, Toscana is one of the most beautiful land of my country and not only this. It's a place so rich of history, art, enchanting view, excellent food&wine and nice people.

I passed through Milan on my way to the US. I didn't get chance to do detailed explortion

My Father spent some weeks in Rome though. He was very impressed and he liked the place so much (especially the wine ) that he came away very reluctantly. He also said that the countryside is far more beautiful than the built up areas
