I've been listening to Queen a bit lately and I've just remembered how much I love "Is This the World We Created". I have also remembered this song while watching the riots in France on the TV.

Also, "The Asphalt World" by Suede is pretty powerful. I love the "Dog Man Star" album.

Although it's not technically a song, I really like the incidental music playing when Dave Bowie reveals his true self then lays down on the bed in the Man who Fell to Earth. It's by John Phillips but I'm buggered if I can find it anywhere.

It's the sound of 70's sex.
