Pink Floyd Action Figures

Hugo Stevenson, founder of the Stevenson Entertainment group, has announced a set of "action figures" based on animations from the 1982 film, "Pink Floyd The Wall", to be released in 2003. The seven-inch figurines will each come with a piece of wall so collectors can start building a wall as they collect the figures.

Hugo Stevenson says: "We've just finished our deal with Roger Waters on this project. We won't actually have the figures until this fall."

In another occasion, he has said "We actually haven't begun sculpting the figures yet, but are targeting this fall as a release date on the initial line of 5 action figures. Series 1 will consist of the following: the Eagle Warplane, the School Teacher, the Judge, the Marching Hammers, the Scorpion (Pink's wife) and Pink himself".

Stevenson Entertainment has produced figurines of The Osbournes, Kiss, No Doubt and others.

More information will be posted as available.

I read the headline and hoped we would be getting a miniature Rog, Syd, Dave, etc. That would be fun, as you could have them interact with each other and your G. I. Joes ('Omigod run Nick, Roger has a gun!'), but this is just bollocks.

Don't give up hope, maybe it's going to be Series 2.

They could have tea parties with the Spinal Tap figures.

They might not get along so well, though. Everyone knows 'One Slip' was just a rip-off of 'Stonehenge.'

'No no, this is all wrong! It was supposed to be "Spinal Tap" first, "Puppet Show" second!'
