| Re: What is your favorite Pink Floyd lyric? "Far away across the field the tolling of the iron bell calls the faithful to their knees to hear the softly spoken magic spells" That has always struck me as particularly beautiful. Dunno why. |

| Re: What is your favorite Pink Floyd lyric? "You run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking....Racing around to come up behind you again... The sun is the same in a relative way but you're older... shorter of breath and one day closer to death."

| Re: What is your favorite Pink Floyd lyric? I've always liked: "All that is now, And all that is gone, All that's to come, and Everything under the sun is in tune, but the sun is eclipsed by the moon" I just really like the whole song Eclipse. I think that the lyrics kind of roll off the tongue and I like that. It doesn't really describe me or how I live my life...I just like the sound of it. |

| Re: What is your favorite Pink Floyd lyric? I must say that many of the lyrics that has already been mentioned are absolutely brilliant lyrics. But to get something new in here: But it was only fantasy. The wall was too high, As you can see. No matter how he tried, He could not break free. And the worms ate into his brain. BTW, Eclipse is one of my favourite Floyd songs too...
