What do you think about Massive Attack?

A friend recently turned me onto to them and they put a new album out recently. It's pretty good, but I hear their old stuff is even better. They are kind of like Radiohead and they're getting pretty big.

**** man, they used to be GREAT, but with every succesive release, they just got gloomier and duller, more repetitive and flipping Wallpapery (the magazine, not the material).

Massive Attack is the best in their genre. As a fan, I admit their new album '100th Window' is not nearly their best work as an album, however Future Proof (a song about a drug addict) is one of their best songs ever (track1-check it out). I appreciate the breathy female vocals, especially with the Bristol accent however I wish del Naja (3D) and Marshall (Daddy Gee) will have more of a presence on their next release. I love the brit accent flow of del Najas lyrics and Daddy-Gees deep vocaled reggae-esque lyrics.
