I would like to thank Member "Avo" for making this thread possible and inspiring me to make my dream a reality....

My choice goes to Animals....going on about 1,000 listens and aspiring for 1,000 more...your choices please....Pink Floyd or not, no problem...

Honorable mention goes to "Moving Pictures" by RUSH....

No matter what it was after a certain period of time you'd be wanting to gouge out your ears with a rusty knife!

Crystal Days - Echo & The Bunnymen (you didn't say anything about box sets!).

I would listen to meddle, but only once a month. I tend to listen to each of my albums in one or two month shifts. If there's one thing I hate, it's wearing out music to the point that it becomes unlistenable.

listening just an album for the rest of my life... what a sad perspective. Couldn't you just ask "what's your fav album ever"?

Anyhow, TW, or ATD, gotta think a little about it.

Well, there's a Caustic Window song called "R2D2" with actual samples from Star Wars but I think the song you're thinking of is Ageispolis from Selected Ambient Works 85-92 (or Volume 1).
