I was a Colonel in the 34th Bengal Lancers stationed out in Poona ( the heat..the flies) during the days of the Raj. I'm retired now, living off an army pension in Aberdeen with the memsahib and my batman ( Mcnab..a surly fellow..needs a damn good thrashing)...anyway I digress. We're a friendly bunch, so jump right in and get posting. I would suggest you read the rules and guidelines first..this will give you endless hours of fun, and not many people do it. However its always as well to use the 'search' button before starting a new thread as we have covered so many things already..the natives get very restless if we keep spitting out the same old thing all the time. anyway, stand by your bed Captain and hope to hear from you soon.
