I believe the inclusion of the otherwise absent, but brilliant Embryo is fixxy's reason for placing WORKS in his "Good" column.

Nah, I like it because the name reminds me of why cotton wool and spoons are amongst the most coveted items in Liverpool.

The vocals on vinyl and on my ragged old cassette are perfectly audible. Have you got a crappy bootleg or something?

As I said, depends on the source material.

I think I've got a couple of live versions that sound pretty good and I'm positive Jugmaster General Botley does, so give me (or Botley) your email or whatever via PM and sit by your inbox.

i listined to the original version on works & i like the ...i'm sure it's the BBC live 1971 version idk
