No. But when compared to other live albums during and before the release of DSOT (like KISS ALIVE ) then yes.

Sure, it's a great album. But the best? Better than "Dark Side of the Moon"? Better than "Pulse", undoubtedly. Maybe you worded your question wrong. Better than DSOM?....
