Je Crois Entendre Encore on ER

Not that this is real breaking info, but I just got done watching ER (for those who don't know, it is a tv drama about working in the Emergency Room at a hospital in Chicago.) anyway, during one scene an elderly woman wants to turn off her husbands life support. Well, when she does, this music starts and to my surprise, it was Je Crois Entendre Encore! Only it wasn't Mr. Gilmour of course, I'm assuming it was Bizet. I just found it kind of cool that I knew what song that was. Did anyone else catch it? Oh yeah, my wife is a nurse so that's why we watch ER. To be honest, it's a pretty good show.

I don't have a wife or a nurse...so unfortunately I don't watch ER.

So does the original sound better or worse the Dave's?

Well thorin if you read my first post you'll see why I was watching ER. I'd rather watch that then all of those dumb ass "reality" shows! Anyway, to answer your question Driven, of course I like Davids version better. The original sounds like a typical opera song. Davids sounds more "sincere" for lack of a better word. Bizet sounds too forced. But I'm no expert on opera so who am I to be a critic! But, you should check it out. Download it or something just to compare the two.

I think the concept of a reality show is funny, though, I don't watch a lot of T.V.

Dave's version sounds nicer. Check out the guitar tab transcribed by some genius.
