Mods!!!
do we have any former/present Mods in the house? or anyone even remotely facinated with the Mod culture, for that matter? im a fashion design student and i would like to at least speak to someone who was/is involved in Mod fashion, for tips, ideas, just about anything. any help would be greatly appreciated. mainly i was looking for ideas on how to make certain items of clothing/jewelry, all the while keeping the original Mod design in mind. anyone?...

You guys. If silliness was an Olympic event, we'd surely have the gold, silver AND bronze medals sewn up.

I know very little about jewelry, but I'm a fool for semi-precious stones.

And Shane isn't pretty nor beautiful. He's just lovely.

Seamus: Check out the film Quadrophenia (The Who) and you'll get all the Mod (and Rocker) style tips you'll ever need.

Incidentally, I was overtaken while driving my bus last week by a large group of mods on their trademark Vespa scooters, with trademark RAF logos and overabundance of rearview mirrors. Additionally, most of them were wearing the trademark pencil-leg-trouser suits and large OD green hooded parkas.

One or two of them would have looked a little silly, but in a large group, they were very impressive...and a lot silly.

its true. its just that i want to wear fashionable clothes and ride up to 40 mph in my vespa or lambretta so much.
