The Body

How much would an original record of "the body" be worth nowadays?, in mint condition.....well not exactly mint condition but close enough.

for insurance valuation.

Have a look on eBay to see if they have one up for sale, or try Amazon.com (or .co.uk).

I personally wouldn't give you US$1.50 (UK£1.00) for it, but that's just me.

I think I'm a total completist, but nothing can force me to buy this one.

Then, without this album, you can't be a total completist. Never mind.

I am happily non-completist where the Floyd, nay, most things are concerned.

I've seen a Japanese vinyl import on sale for 25 quid, I reckon you'd be lucky to get 25p! As ever, the value of something like this is entirely dependant on how much a collector would be willing to pay for it. Put it up on Ebay and watch those mega-bucks come rolling in. Or not.

That's right. Maybe if I had some more money, I would buy it, including the amazing two page booklet with instructions how to handle the CD and full trakclist!

BTW I also don't have Zee Identity. (I have The Body and Identity in mp3s). But they are neither Floyd albums nor standard solo albums. But then, I've found and bought When The Wind Blows soundtrack (vinyl) and Not Now John single 1983 too. Quite amazing if you consider that I live in the Czech Republic.
