Re: new or classic sodas

I heard that Stratman pulled his G string a bit too hard and the skirmish ended rather abruptly

Re: new or classic sodas

The whole soda thing is a bit rank. The independent soft drink companies have been taking a bite out of the big guys for the last couple of years, so the the big guys are trying to imitate the little guys. (A-Treat, a local company, has been making grape, grapefruit, beryy, etc soda for years and in Pittsburgh someone actually has the nerve to sell Celery Pop)

By the way, this whole thread is a waste of someone's (Paulo in particular) hard drive.

Re: new or classic sodas

Am I the only old geezer here who can remember Royal Crown cola and knows it kicks Coca's cola-ridden butt? In any case, I am an "unCola" (7up) kinda pansy - I hate whisky - so cola can stick it where the pop don't shine.

Of course, in our modern times with our habit of reducing well established brand names to acronyms, RC was a bit of a mistake, especially here in Britain: arsey cola? Hmmm...

p.s.to Shane G.: Dude, you drink coca-cola hot? Dude! No! :o
