Re: Another Damn Poll

this may have already been said, but i dont want to read all of the posts, its late.

why are the "In The Flesh" and "Echoes the Best Of..." versions so highly voted on as least offensive?

THEYRE THE WORST VERSIONS AVAILABLE!

a little too honest, but my word...

Re: Another Damn Poll

there are a lot of decaffeinated brands on the market but there's nothing like the reel thing

I wood go w/ the 'Grt Dance Songs' edit as the least offensive

haven't heard all of them tho...

Re: Another Damn Poll

In The Flesch is a great live album, the DVD is one of the best Floyd-related material which has been released, but SOYCD is the worst track. The guitar part by Doyle Bramall is awful and the saxophone is missing. But Jon Carin's lap steel guitar is cool.

I think the original is best, but the Pulse version is very nice. I actually like Dave's vocals and his guitar sound is awesome, but the percussion is a little bit annoying.

BTW, what do you guys think about the "In concert" versions of SOYCD?

Re: Another Damn Poll

It was quite breathtaking the first time I heard it, but I've gone right off that DVD now.
