Also, if you are so slow you can't figure out what the basic idea is behind a song that is pretty explicit, well, you deserve the mockery. Unless you are 6 years old, in that case, my apologies.

From war between nations to the personal war you have with that weasel trying to beat you to that last parking space. One basic human characteristic is to separate into like groups, and then perceive others as the 'enemy'. Roger is just lamenting this fact. In his Marxist fantasyland, these nasty traits would all be gone forever.
