You play a Les Paul????? Are you the lead guitarist? That's a bit outrageous!!

Mr. Gilmour used a Les Paul for the solo on ABITW II (a well known fact). He also pulled out The Paul live for a few other songs on the Wall.
My Les Paul was used for our recording of ABITW II and it is my back-up guitar on stage.
I use nothing but a Fender Strat to accomplish all other Floyd efforts.

So no,......... that's not outrageous!!!!!!!

Thanks Fulghum - we are pretty proud of our name!
I like your name too!

We are continually baffled as to how so many Floyd tributes out there never thought of "The Surrogate Band"...

I'm glad we did!!!

Hey just an update everyone!
The Surrogate Band (Michigan) will be performing the entire Oakland Coliseum show from the In The Flesh tour of 1977.

We are really looking forward to this and will also possibly have quad sound, dry ice, lights, and video show!

Any other ideas of what to have at the show?
I was thinking of handing out copies of the bootlegs from that show for a select few people at the show?

Please visit our website:

The Surrogate Band

Take care!
