hello all, I would just like to add..yup its my drinkin night sorry, that I love Syd because if it wasn't for him we wouldnt have Floyd. I'm not saying that his guitar and singing were founded by an opera house or anything just that he was the beginning of my love for Floyd. I think he just "let it out as it came to him" and somedays I can relate to those lyrics. ( I say, I had the best singing experience of my life last night!!) I wish I would have 4 tracked it. You guys say you suck at singing well, I dont believe it. Guys voices are the best, you just have to have other people listen to you sing to get feedback!!

Let me tell anybody: Bob Dylan Blues is great. I must have for every Floydian.

When you're from the US, try to download it via WinMX, Napster or any other MP3 finder.

Shine On,

Floydian Theo

Actually, iMesh is very good. It's like Napster, but I personally find it faster, better presented and it downloads from several sources at once.

I downloaded iMesh the other day and it was messing up itself and my computer for no apparent reason, so I deleted it.

Pat, I've thought of another charity people can donate to: Tim's Needy Greedy Fund

I've had no problems with it, but what I did find, with Napster, is that it kept trying to dial through by itself, which, obviously, was less than ideal.

what's the URL?

Yes Tim, i'm sure we'd all be very happy to pull out all our cash and give it to that happy little fund of yours - when we could use it to by a Pink Floyd Album!

Happy Camping,

Anyone interested in getting the Syd Barrett boxed set "Crazy Diamond", it is no longer for sale in the US, but I did find it at amazon.com The prices is just under $40. I just put my order in for one. I have checked all over Illinois and not one of the music stores said they could get it. I also noticed some one on ebay with a copy for sale.

Unfortunately, they didn't include those songs (or any material that was written for Syd's supposed third solo effort). Those tracks will probably never see the light of day as an official release. Of course, I would imagine they probably exist only as low-quality demos anyways, and are incomplete songs(if the original masters even still exist).

BTW, Syd was a genius, and anyone who claims to like Floyd owes it to Syd to at least buy "Wouldn't You Miss Me?"

Two Diamond names!

What shall I do now?

At least I tried to be clever, and mixed an album and a song together.

Oh well, I guess everyone is just putting down the name of a song for a screen name these days.
