Re: Pink Floyd DSoTM EPK

im sure the virus scanner only picks up like 1 percent of the viruses, and my computer is missing things and takes forever to start up now, i probably have a shitload of viruses, i just don't care...If i got a nickel for every time i downloaded a video and when i hit play nothing happened for a few seconds then i got the blue screen of death...well...i'd have lots of nickels

Well I have Kazaa Lite, which is a pirated version of kazaa with all the spyware and ads removed...the only problem is that i don't think they've made any newer versions of it and its way out of date now...i might actually have to get kazaa soon just because my kazaa lite is so obselete

Re: Pink Floyd DSoTM EPK

I thought you were referring to a moment where the screen turns blue and you are forced to press any key to continue because "the system may return to normal routine" although "a radical exception blah blah blah happenned".

Re: Pink Floyd DSoTM EPK

There's a new version of Kazaa Lite with an IP blocker or something that can reduce the risk of getting a court notice in the mail by the RIAA. I wouldn't pay for a download since the file is an MP3 anyway, and the CD is much better quality. You also get the artwork, which I think is important, or else the artist wouldn't have bothered with it. Ever since tape came out, music reproduction mediums have been getting smaller and smaller, and there's less place for the artist to convey feelings. LPs are nice because you get a whole 12 X 12 piece of cardboard to do whatever you want with! And you can add cool posters and stickers and postcards and stuff. Now we're reduced to a miniscule booklet, and if you're lucky a mini-poster, and now with the internet music business, there is barely anywhere (if not nowhere) for an artist to pictorally enhance the listener's enjoyment of an album.

-Nothing like a nice long rant about something that really bugs you to make you feel fresh and invigorized!

Yea i get that too, but usually an illegal operation doesn't mess anything up and i can just open whatever it was back up...occasionally it does mess up the task bar though and i gotta shut down.
