Well, I'm going to stay away from it for a while. I live near a lot of breweries, and the stench of yeast is so concentrated that I'm pretty much scared away from the stuff!

Oh! Well, what's the difference?

i've had beer, wine, and rum, and i haven't enjoyed any of them at all! I had a mudslide which was alright until the aftertaste of rum was in my mouth. ugh..

It seems that the American beer (at least what I tried) has less alcohol than Czech beer and therefor is more like a lemonade. So maybe the process of making it smells differently. But even with the same content of alcohol, the taste would still be the major difference. Beer is like wine, you can taste the difference between two makes. And generally, every country has its own unique type of beer.

Beer taste like lemonade, eh? A rather interesting comparison.... it really amazes me how chefs on TV always seem to know what wine tastes good with food. And there's a lot of wine out there, and I bet it's pretty hard to study them all.

That's a professional deformation. But if I had nothing to do and lots of money, why not study wines?
