Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland

Hi im just wondering was Lewis Carroll (author of Alice in Wonderland) really on opium. I know it seems through his stories he was. But from my knowledge he wasnt. It was just creativity. Professors or whatever people, say it was a rumor in the 60's that Lewis Carroll was on opium. Who for sure HERE, knows if he did or not?

I'd be mildly suprised if anyone here actually knew Lewis Carroll therefore I fail to see how anyone could be sure what he did or didn't do.

I don't know if he was on Opium, but he was, as I previously stated on the forum, a statistician and wrote ALice in Wonderland as an experiment to show what happens when logic isn't followed.

Take a Math Logic or logic and rhetoric class, either one will teach you the basics of logic, and then read Alice and Through the Looking Glass. It'll make much more sense.

My analyst told me that in a past life I had been Lewis Carroll's chiropodist. I can therefore confirm that Lewis Carroll smoked opium and kippers, but not at the same time.
