| My Cat and Mother I was reading that Dogs post and I thought I'd let everybody know that whenever I'm playing Mother on my guitar, my cat always gets purry and wants to cuddle. What's funny is that I've tried to play Pigs On The Wing and Wish You Were Here and it doesn't work. Only when I play Mother. strange. I think it's cute. Any similar experiences with playing a song anybody? Brentastic

| Re: My Cat and Mother That's very interesting, actually. Since cats are very sensitive to sounds, I assume it's something to do with your pitch or something. I don't play, so I wouldn't know. And my cat never wants to cuddle, unless he's cold...he's a fat mean cat, riding the gravy train. But he's so adorable! I should've called him 'David', instead of Obi-Wan...

| Re: My Cat and Mother my cat used to enjoy U2's music very much...he would just flop down on the floor and pass out underneath my computer chair every time i had them going whilst surfing. i think he's gotten so old that he either can't hear them or doesn't care any longer, or perhaps both equally. |

| Re: My Cat and Mother I knew someone would twist that phrase around right when I said it. No, I do not surf indoors, or at all, for that matter. I do, however, peruse the internet for various pieces of information, or "surf" it. Like how to skin a panda bear, for intance. Apparently there is more than one way to do it, you know. |
