A mindless song with no serious point

I wrote this for my band, Sam's Pants Department. It's nothing very serious, but it's not supposed to be. It's about my and most of my school's suspicions that our American Government teacher is a spy.

My social studies teacher, a strange sort of a guy
he can ramble on for hours while we stare at the sky
he knows a thing or two about our famous legislation
but he'll put you in the hallway at a hint of agitation

When I asked him where he went over summer break,
he said, "Go out into the hallway, there's a test you have to take!"

My social studies teacher with a background of grey,
I suspect that he's been working for the CIA.
I try to get some info, maybe dig up a clue,
but when I bring up the subject, he'll switch to something new!

When I asked him outright if he worked for the Fed,
he said, "If I told you that I was, then you'd might as well be dead!"

Discussing vacations make him defensive and choosy,
his choice of destinations always seem to confuse me.
He likes to tell his classes about his travels to strange places
and with a monstrous grin, he reverts to presidential races.

When I asked him why he went to Russia's desolate land,
he said, "to get some relaxation, enjoy Communist sand."

Yes, we've performed it a couple times already and a lot of people like it. It starts out with a James Bond-esque intro, and goes into this cool guitar riff that we repeat a couple times over the verses, apart from some chords here and there. After all the verses, then I break out into a long organ solo, then a guitar solo, and end. If we ever do an album, that's what we'd probably use for a single.

Just letting everyone know that I did that little trick where you mail a song to yourself and it has copyright protection and all, so don't bother ripping my ideas. Not that you would, anyway, but there might be someone with a sick enough mind to try........

Why would anyone want to steal a mindless song with no serious point?

I re-did the third verse, because the original is really hard to say at a fast tempo! It also gets more points across....

My social studies teacher, he's a travelin' man
he brags about his travels to exotic lands
he knows no borders, goes anywhere he needs
'cause his friends up high know 'bout his dirty deeds!

When I asked him why he went to Russia's desolate land, he said
"To get some relaxation, enjoy Communist sand!"
