don't remember the name, but it's a complete performance of DSOTM from the first half of 1972. All ROIOs (which are unedited) should have these sounds. Very powerful I must say. And of course the 1970 performances of The Violence Sequence (= Us And Them instrumental) are very nice and raw.

| Re: Favorite song on Dark Side of the Moon? Time. I really love Us & Them and Great Gig but Time is just one of the three best songs of the band for me. Possibly their best "short" song matter of fact.

| Re: Favorite song on Dark Side of the Moon? Time or Brain Damage/Eclipse. I like Us and Them a lot too. Money I wasn't very fond of until very recently, although (heretical to say this) I think I like the Delicate Sound of Thunder version of it better than the album version. Least favorite is Any Color You Like- I don't dislike it particularly; I just am not as fond of it as I am of all the other stuff.

Dark Side of the Moon is the best album ever, there are so many good bits, like when the screaming and voices and drones all come together to begin breathe, the transistion from money to us and them, the tape effects at the start of us and them with the keyboard, the voices throughout the album, the delay moving across the speakers in any colour you like. The guitar solo in "time" is bloody brilliant. But I reckon the best song is probably us & them.

| Re: Favorite song on Dark Side of the Moon? I voted for TIME. It's my favorite, because it's a very clever song. I think it has the greatest intro to any rock song, ever. I believe it's also the longest intro to any rock song (?)
