The hell? is that for real? Oh, i must get me one of those!!.....but how did they get away with it? You can't really go around launching products with already copyrighted names...!

It's such a small company that no one would probably notice. Their sales will probably go up after this forum hears of it, though.

One company in my country used the trick from the TV ads and started making a washing powder called "A Common Washing Powder - everyday on TV". That was nice I think.

Wanna see really bogus names on products?
Try the japanese! They aren't very keen on English, but still, they'll write stuff in this language, due to graphic reasons. The problem is that they don't exactly bother check what they're writing, and it ends up in a really goofy phrase or product name. This is known as 'Engrish' (because they can't say the 'L's very well...which has led to mistakes in the past like 'Eric CRapton'
