| Non Time Mortem To be accompanied with panpipes: Non Time Mortem Time Solum Inopiam Vitae Go to sleep and rest your eyes tomorrow is a new sunrise your pain is gone like winter snows we’ll say ‘so long’ that’s how it goes the rain will fall the floods will come the clouds’ dark shawl will veil the sun standing here this lack of light it seems that we’re in endless night The taste of steel I stop and stare this empty feel this black nightmare And the sun sets the locusts sigh and colder it gets the blackbird cries pyramids will crumble and glaciers will recede windstorms roll and rumble blowing dry and dusty leaves Go to sleep and rest your eyes tomorrow is a new sunrise Yeah... a bit melodramatic, I suppose, but I like it. Criticism please?

| Re: Non Time Mortem No criticism here! ![]() Very nice work. I enjoyed how the rhythm of the poem was sustained so well. I particularly liked this verse myself: the rain will fall the floods will come the clouds’ dark shawl will veil the sun Keep writing!
