Did you actually show your classmates a Pink Floyd concert, or were you just joking? If I did that, I'd probably be the most avoided person in my class for a few weeks.

I've enlightened my friends in the class and turned them into Pink Floyd. I'm speaking of four people (two ladies included), plus one more girl who's seen my Division Bell tour book and liked David very much.

I'm particularly happy, coz I'm watching that 1995 History of Rock and Roll documentary series, and the Floyd's featured on the next episode.

The other day, I saw a clip of Roger's Wall in Berlin, on TV...(I had no idea that Cindy Lauper had been there! Oh, that chick gets weirder everytime...!)

And it never fails: I turn on the radio, and the Floyd is on some station...

Yes, there's been a lot of Floyd lately. The world's beginning to miss them.

Well, I'm sure she needed the gig, and was popular enough to be invited to the concert. And besides the fact that during the 80's everyone was batty.

(If you think Floyd has been getting used a lot commercially, there's also The Who. I've seen like 5 of their songs on commercials, and Who Are You in countless movie promos. Not to mention CSI. Shudder........)

CSI Miami used 'Won't get Fooled again'...(ah, but I like CSI, so what)

I also remember this ad for some car, that used the organ solo on that same song ('Won't get fooled...')

That organ intro is used countlessly. Sometimes is the Baba O' Riley (Teenage Wasteland to you radio folks) intro also.
