This one always sticks out in my memory as a fave.. It contains a few pages of details around the World Tour of "The Blind Ducks, The Shane Guy Experiment and Stratman and the Dubious Distinctions".

I always get a laugh....

Yeah, that was good.

I had a stupid dial-up modem connection at the time that was so slow, I couldn't keep up with Fulg & Shaner. Every time I had a part of the story to fill in, those two were already 'down the road', off in a new direction.

I think this was my first thread. I thought it had failed miserably...but Stratters finally noticed it this year and it has never looked back:

The reunion was a bit of a "memorable moment" in my time here:

Yes, that one was memorable for me too, Pete.

We haven't yet decided what sort of holiday review we'll post but I'm sure it will be both cheeky and heart-warming. Actually, my bits will be heart-warming and Rob's bits cheeky.

Well, just for any who don't know the story - It is true. Byron's controversial nomination for moderator put this board as the 3rd entry down on Google for "Byron Hunt". I coincidentally did a search for him, and next thing I know I'm suffering through London's hottest weather ever (for which, since I am from California, I was held responsible wherever we went).

Just got pictures back today, and will be posting the best bits (Byron mooning Stonehenge, for instance) and the worst (Byron mooning Buckingham Palace).

People, people. Don't listen to a word of it.

Look, the temperature was high before you got here, it's Summer for goodness sake, but the day you arrived, WHOOSH! Scorchio!

And it just got hotter and hotter as the days passed. Then, on the very day of your departure, a cool wind began to blow, clouds returned to the sky and London-wide tensions eased just a little bit.

So, I ask you, did they or did they not bring that disgusting weather with them, and do they think I'll be wanting them back here again in summertime?

Sorry to highjack Pearly's noble thread.

p.s. I have pictures of Rob in a field in Avebury with very worried looking sheep in the background. VERY worried. Crop circles, indeed. :o

Ah, hell. Just got a message from Byron that, since he has both copyrighted & trademarked his butt, I am precluded from publishing any photos in which it is included. Swine.
