The Ignore List can be accessed by 2 ways which I know of. You can click on any person's profile, and add them this way. Or from your user control panel, you can edit your list. Basically, what this will do, is eliminate the selected members from your viewing. You will see that they posted, but not what they posted...nor their avatar or sig.

I'd think this would get things all whacked out. No matter what someone's saying about something, it probably won't make sense if you can't see what they're saying. It's almost like blind censorship. But if the option is there, I guess people can use it.

Well, since it's the user himself that is choosing not to see someone's posts, I wouldn't consider it "blind censorship". I mean, there's no other way of doing it. And I guess some people just reach a point where they would like something like that, the same way that you can ignore or block someone on instant messengers, for instance.

About the PMs, I'm not sure, but maybe the next vBulletin version will include that. If not, I'll try to find a way to hack that feature into it, if it gets really annoying for someone.
