| Re: so its my 21st birthday... I'll bet there aren't that many drug abuse prevention programs in your country, either. That's the problem with the US. They bug the teenyboppers so much and try to keep them away from drugs and alcohol that they want it more. |

| Re: so its my 21st birthday... Well, there are programs, and they are rather successful. But I think the USA are extremely unbalanced about drug-prevention. From what have I seen, the preventive programs would have no effect on people in my environment who do a bit drugs.
