I must say this would be 'The Final Cut'

at the time of it's release, the album seemed weak compared to 'The Wall' & 'Animals'
now, in retrospect, and not comparing it to anything else by the band, it is apparent that it is in fact quite good (IMO)

I'm going with AHM. That one seems overlooked a lot when someone goes out to look for Floyd albums.

AHM is often overlooked, but most underrated is Ummagumma I think, the live album is great, but yeah, three of the four songs are on the Pompeii video too, so...

arg.. its such a hard question. i cant answer it myself without some form of debat... therefore i shall keep it simple. the final cut. i really isnt that bad... like nutopia said, in retrospect to the ones before it, it seems a step down.. but still.. aw what the hell.

anyway the db would be my second, the earlier albums were all ok for their times, i dont think they are as over rated because they came *before* the golden age.. not as much was expected of them. therefore the 'weaker' albums that came after would definately seem a step down. hope that makes sense.

The DB is NOT a classic, it's a masterpiece! Every note a jewel. It's one of those albums, you have to play from start to finish, or else I get pissed off, yank the the remote away and start back from the beginning!

Final Cut. Hear lots of praise for it, but way too much abuse.

Hard choice between PATGOD and TDB both are fantastic albums, the former just gets overlooked compleatly and the latter unnesacerily slagged, PATGOD wins my vote by the slighest of margins.
