It's nice to have a goal. I think it would be quite difficult to get A Nice Pair though I think. Is it still possible to buy the Trance Remixes? Those would be awesome to get.

I don't think FINAL CUT is a Pink Floyd's album, because it's too personal work.
I mean that it's Rogers album, you know, about his father and all that stuff...

But it's also a great album and I like it very much.

Well, although The Final Cut, Animals and The Wall were in their most part made by Roger Waters, there's ALWAYS a contribution by the other band members. So I really consider them to be Pink Floyd records, not solo albums. Speaking of The Final Cut, I find it a really excellent album. For people who like it, I'd suggest Rog's Pros and Cons of HitchHiking (a solo album). The songs are somewhat similar to those in The Final Cut.

Cheers,
Paulo

Yes - i especially like "every stranger's eyes" - a powerful song that is Floydian and "waterin" in its own way.

I know Final Cut is more or less Roger's Own work - but hey so is the Wall - and hell if that's not Floyd then you can beat me with a trout.

Well, no

maybe a salmon.

If the final cut is not to be considered "floyd enough" momentary lapse certainly can't either. I don't really think much of the post roger work as being floyd. I own both of the post waters albums and appreciate them on a musical level but not in conjunction with the other albums. i'll probably get some serious bite backs for this but 'Piper' is the same way. Its very Good in its own right but I'm not sure if I would have too much interest in The Pink Floyd had syd stayed in the driver's seat.
