gilmours shine on tuning on his dvd

i posted a message before asking for the tab for shine on you crazy diamond and received it from a kind fellow floyd fan, but

i have noticed that when gilmour plays shine on the dvd he uses different fingerings for his chord progressions.

I'm just wondering if gilmour is using a different tuning other than standard on his dvd?

Nope, there's no alternate tuning. Just alternate frettings for the chords. For instance, he does his Bb up on the first and third frets. I prefer to do it down on the 6th and 8th frets. Either thats his style or the tone was off when he fretted on the 6th and 8th.
