DSOM favourite lyrics
Pink Floyd isn't just an awesome music-composing band, it's also a great lyric-composing one.

DSOM talks about life, death, madness, ambition, etc. The entire reacord is an history that has many chapters.

My questions is, whats your favorite lyric of the album and what does it means to you.

This question's a bit..... can't compare well those different lyrics. But voted for Eclipsed. I love those lyrics.

Voted for Eclipse too...don't know why, but those are my fave lyrics from that album, not to disregard the rest. I guess it's a personal thing.

Am I just being an old stick-in-the-mud by mentioning that the seemingly universal abbreviation of Dark Side Of The Moon is DSOTM or more frequently, DSotM?

My vote was for Brain Damage strictly for the chorus. I have always strongly felt the emotion in the chorus' and the sad line, "and if the band you're in starts playing different tunes, i'll see you on the dark side of the moon" that just does it for me.

I'd have to say Money because that was the song that I would sing along to when I was too young to appreciate music and that also introduced me to Pink Floyd.

I know what you mean there. Thats why I like Pink Floyd every song has some sort of images that just run through your mind. Of course I think every band does that but...
