Yes, he was a smoker. I have the Inside Out book on Pink Floyd, which most of you may have and in most of the photo's he's smoking. He did quit because of the "phlegmatic coughing" on the Wish You Were Here song. That, my friends, is not a myth. As for now, I do not know if he still smokes, as far as I DO know, he's not. As for the ladies, who wouldn't be all over him? He looked good back in the day!
