Motion Picture Soundtrack- Radiohead
this song seems like it would be good for a funeral, even if it was just insturmental.
The Great Gig in the Sky is a good choice too.
These Days- Nico
The Fairest of the Seasons- Nico <these two are a must, and seem fitting for a funeral for some reason

it's commonly played at weddings but i love it so much and i think it would be fit for my funeral, in all seriousness.
