Live at Pompeii VHS

I obtained a copy of Live at Pompeii on VHS. Only a few people I have talked to, have at least heard of it. I can count the people on one hand. Is it a rare item? Does anyone know any details on it. Thanks.

Re: Live at Pompeii VHS

Sorry, it's quite common. I'd wager half the people on this board have a copy.

There are quite a few threads discussing it here, if you care to search.

Re: Live at Pompeii VHS

I myself have held out all this time for the DVD release. With references to the US release of the DVD this October in several other threads, I took the oppurtunity to pre-order it.

Re: Live at Pompeii VHS

No, as far as I have heard, the DVD does not have 5.1, but only 2.0 sound.

Oh~

I 've checked out the sites and I believe that they are selling a copies or "homemade" DVD. Universal Music has announced the DVD will be officially released on 21st Oct. It shouldn't be in stock. And the official one will have 5.2 surroundsound!
