Question The Great Gig in the Sky Question

OK so maybe I'm an amateur fan compared to many members of this site, but that doesnt mean I love Floyd any less. I apologize if the question I have has already been covered before, but i didnt feel like doing a lengthy search to find the answer.

What does the woman say kind of quietly towards the end of "the great gig in the sky" as it all kind of winds down. Call me crazy but ive always had trouble picking it up. A friend of mine says that it's "if your'e listening to this, you're dying." Is my friend right or deranged? Or am I just deranged?

Re: The Great Gig in the Sky Question

You're friend is wrong. This is a duplicate thread. There are already about five threads concerning thios question.

The answer is "I never said I was afraid of dying."

Though two absent members would debate this.

Re: The Great Gig in the Sky Question

I'll be damned, I just listened to it again and it's crystal clear not that I know what I'm listening for.
