another newbie

as the subject hints - i recently discovered u guyes & thought what the hell ill give it a try. ive never been a member of anything like this before so for real im clueless about pretty much everything. ive been browsin around & lookin at everything & i think im gettin the idea here.

i just wanted to say hi to everyone & let yall know i exist. i guess i say some words about myself?? my names jess, ill be 21 in december, im goin to school in texas tryin to pick somethin to major in so i can get out already, & i work as a waitress. i lead an exciting life i know - dont be too jealous

well obviously i love pink floyd or i wouldnt have come here in the first place so ill just say im glad yall do too - ur that much cooler.

ok i thought of a question ... how do i get one of the little picture thingies ... i feel left out

After you go to your user control panel, click on "edit options"...then scroll down to "change avatar".

You'll then get the page with all the avatar choices. Choose one of those, Or...

At the very botton, there's a block that says: "You can upload an avatar from your computer______ BROWSE"...you click on this, and you can upload an avatar from your hard drive. 70x70pixels.
