but its myself and im totaly drunk and i just figured out how stupid this stuff is and also i think its stu pif and i think this is useless conversatiion of who has nobody better to do.. i mean.. i have some important things to do bbut ut but i really wont fell to realotyu reality reality damn beer.. i mean i just 3wa want to live my dreams

uh... that was an awesome typing... and yeh i was really drunk.
But now sober and reading it i admit i liked that part better: "i just want to live my dreams"
I cant help thinking about this one.. How to live my dreams when im awake? When a dream becomes reality i cant live it as a dream.. coz then its reality.. and reality of a dream is not actualy a dream... guess will die frustrated because of it... its impossible to live our dreams. Yet that when we dream sleeping we are partly dead.. i mean.. maybe we will only be able to really live our dreams after we die? Its getting confusing....

hey if money sucked then why did it launch the album into a 741 somthing weeks constantly on billboard every song is just fine and i think 30 years later is a pretty dumb ass time to say its a gay song and also back then vinyl was ina way mixed twice because of the flip side money was a good start to the mix and also DONT FORGET THE WIZARD OF OZ WITH OUT MONEY WHY WOULD WE EVEN WATCH THE DAMN MOVIE IN COLOR wooooaaaa my loonies got out LAOYMAO

It's the nostalgia they cheer for and familiarisation.

It's fun, the lyrics are universally understandable and we can all relate to them.

But this is the thing......it sounds SH*T!!!!

I don't care if I have to say it as an opinion, the song sucks and grates.

It's the only real down point on DSOM.

I think welcome to the machine would have been better with altered lyrics......"welcome my son, welcome too the cash machine." - ish

I get bored with the mega long live jam versions of the song. The one on Delicate Sound of Thunder in particular really pisses me off. The amount of space used for that track - and Another Brick in the Wall Pt 2 could easily have been replaced by another frickin song. But, that's just my opinion.

The album track of Money is good. But I get what Gill is saying. I have to be in the mood to listen to Money; but isn't that what other folks say about the likes of The Wall and The Final Cut?

And Great Gig In The Sky always gives me the shivers.

It's a miracle.

While I like the more sorrowful and emotional installments in Dark Side (Us And Them, Great Gig) above the other tracks, Money's still good to relax to or drive to, in my opinion, and it's an overall good song.

money was originaly a blues song, thats why it seems like that.
