i think what it means is that Roger knows how many people hate Dr. Cheese and tries to incorporate the madness of his (Cheese's) ramblings into a 45 minute epic that everyone listening could understand and relate to. could this be the answer we're looking for?

In essence, the album is about modern life and the little pressures that gradually build up and send one soft in the grey matter.

As for suns and moons...

Hell... the sun is the biggest thing in our solar system. The biggest and the brightest. And yet, this insignificant and piddly little lump of rock (whose light is only a reflection of the greater light of the sun) can block out its rays. To me, this signifies that however great our achievements are, in the end we are but one member of the human race. If we think our little portion of the world is better than anyone elses, then we are deluding ourselves.
